Job Description
The Senior iManage and TeamConnect Analyst works under minimal supervision and who can configure, customize, test, debug and document iManage and TeamConnect Out of the Box components in collaboration with the technology team, product team and business partners. You will also be responsible for collaborating with practice leads to assess, plan and address technological and training roadmap to remain current with technological changes, trends, and innovations in the legal matter management field.
Job Responsibilities:
Experienced in installing and configuring iManage Work and Cloud products
Experienced in integration with iManage API
Experienced with AWS services such as Lambda and S3
Participate in discussions with customers to gather scope and requirements information, prepare functional requirements document and provide guidance on out of the box functionality
Perform detailed analysis of effort and dependencies and provide input to overall project schedule in order to ensure timely delivery of the features/functions
Ability to provide demonstration and training of various out of the box features/functions to the business/client for various product modules
Experience in architecture reviews sessions to provide input to architecture team through framework analysis, design patterns, prototype specifications, integration considerations in order to create high level design specification
Ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and be able to implement resolution in compliance with application platform guidelines and information security policies
Qualifications:
Strong domain knowledge with iManage Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in iManage and iManage API Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience AWS Services such as Lambda Must Have
Experience with JAVA Must Have
Experience with TeamConnect is a plus
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions
Should be well organized, thorough, and able to handle competing priorities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
