Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT - Home Health

Shift: Variable Days / 8x5, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri

Length: 13 weeks

Weekends: PT's rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks. (will be given a a day off during the week on the weeks they work Saturday)

Requirements:

• WI License
• 1 year experience
• Home Health experience, training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards and practices acquired through a minimum of a Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Must have NPI number
• AHA BLS

• Float required
• Unit Specific Skillset/Unit Overview: Evaluates, treats and plans patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of practice. Population served includes adult and geriatric patients. Documents to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements. Meets productivity expectations of an average of 4.5 visits per day
• Must live outside a 50 mile radius
• Scrub Colors: any or Business casual
