Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

Edward Jones has an opening for a Transitional Financial Advisor to maintain relationships with clients when former financial advisors (FAs) are unable to meet that obligation. This position requires flexibility, reliability and travel to work in open offices.

Key responsibilities:

• Preserve and restore customer relationships when a former FA is unable to meet those obligations.
• Provide excellent client service and suitable investment advice during the transition period.
• Provide initial contact and ongoing guidance and service to the clients.
• Research and resolve any service issues or unfinished tasks.
• Work in partnership with the BOA(s) to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Keep the department apprised of any Compliance/ Field Supervision concerns.

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program. Hiring Minimum: $61600
Hiring Maximum: $101600
