What Were Looking For

We need caregivers who are ready to bring their best to every shiftwhether its a few hours or a full day. Heres what we offer:

Flexible Shifts:

• Day shifts

Competitive Pay:

• 2-hour shifts: $25/hour
  
  
• 3-hour shifts: $20/hour
  
  
• 4+ hour shifts: $16$18/hour (based on client care needs and your experience)

Your Role as a Caregiver

As part of our team, youll provide essential care and companionship to our clients, including:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and grooming
  
  
• Offering companionship and conversation to brighten their day
  
  
• Helping with lifting, bending, and transferring clients safely
  
  
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
  
  
• Providing medication reminders and personal care
  
  
• Transporting clients to appointments or errands
  
  

What Youll Need

• 1 Year of Experience in home care or a related field
  
  
• CPR Certification or willingness to get certified with us
  
  
• Valid Florida Drivers License, Car Insurance & Registration
  
  
• Level 2 Background Check or willingness to complete one
  
  
• Availability: At least 20 hours per week, including 4 out of 8 weekend days each month
