The schedule consists of two consecutive weeks per month: the first week is clinic-only, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with no call, while the second week involves 24-hour call from Monday at 7 AM to the following Monday at 7 AM. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible within the first five years and hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Job Responsibilities: - Provide urology care in both clinical and surgical settings.
- Perform urologic procedures and manage inpatient and outpatient cases.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow facility protocols.
- Participate in 24-hour call coverage during designated weeks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications: - Board-certified or board-eligible within the first five years.
- Minimum of 150 urology surgery case logs required for privileges.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong experience in both outpatient clinic and surgical settings.
Working Hours: - Two consecutive weeks per month:
- Week 1: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM (clinic only, no call).
- Week 2: 24-hour call from Monday at 7 AM to the following Monday at 7 AM.
Skills: - Proficiency in performing urologic surgeries and procedures.
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage high-acuity cases and respond to emergencies.
- Effective communication and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation.
