DESCRIPTION:

• Must see ages 2 and older
• Must be comfortable performing annual fit for duty exams for firefighters and law enforcement officers
• Must be comfortable with occhealth patients
• M, W, F-8a-5p and Tu & Thu, 6:30a-3:30p

REQUIRED:

Board certified

SCHEDULE:

5/12 -7:30a-5:30p w/ 60 min lunch

5/13 -7:30a-5:30p w/ 60 min lunch

5/14 -7:30a-5:30p w/ 60 min lunch

M, W, F-8a-5p and Tu & Thu, 6:30a-3:30p

COMPENSATION:
