Job Details:
Position: Patient Care Coordinator Appointment Setting
Pay: $11.50/hour (paid weekly)
Schedule: Tuesday Saturday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Location: Work from home (US-based)

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing patients to schedule medical appointments
Provide excellent customer service and professionalism during calls
Maintain accurate records and follow appointment-setting guidelines

Requirements:

Experience making outbound calls (preferably in a medical or customer service setting)
Must have a Windows PC (Mac not supported)
High-speed internet and a quiet work environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliability and commitment to the schedule
