Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling commercial trucking insurance policies to independent truckers and fleet owners. We provide a local office, warm leads, and a lucrative commission structure—all you need is the drive to close deals and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company

• Educate clients on commercial trucking insurance products and coverage options

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate policies

• Process applications, endorsements, and policy renewals

• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and referrals

• Stay up to date on industry regulations and carrier offerings

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Tennessee Residential Insurance License (or ability to obtain)
