Job Title: Hand Therapist - Sign-on Bonus

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Will further discuss schedule during interview.)

Job Location: 244 West 54th Street, NYC, NY (Midtown West; outpatient clinic)

Salary Range: $82,000.00 - $104,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

Occupational Hand Therapist responsibilities include ...

• Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
• Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
• Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
• Medical specialties at the clinic include ortho, and hand therapy.
• Treating patients of all ages, mostly adults.

• NYS Occupational Therapist License
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Basic computer skills
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Open to new grads, MUST have level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy
• level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy, some continuing education courses, and 1-2 years of experience in outpatient hand therapy as a licensed OT or CHT eligible (accumulated 4000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 year of experience) waiting to sit for boards a plus
• CHT certification a plus
