Title: Litigation Secretary 

Location: 3x a week on-site in Downtown Los Angeles, CA 

Compensation: Up to $105k in base salary + benefits. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including arbitration and trial preparation.
  • Draft, edit, and e-file legal documents such as motions (MSJ), pleadings, and discovery responses.
  • Manage court filings across the state of California and federal courts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Handle incoming discovery requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Conduct independent legal research and problem-solving when needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of litigation secretary experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Employment Law
  • 3+ years of experience with trial procedures, and case management.
  • 3+ years experience working with federal and CA state courts
