Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting to join our client. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for journal entries, financial statements, balance sheets, month-end close, and more. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review financial statements
2. Perform account reconciliations
3. Assist with month-end close processes
4. Ensure compliance with internal controls
5. Collaborate with team members on forecasting and financial reporting

Qualifications:

• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting
• Experience with property finance & accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Salary: Up to $120,000 annually
