A few details about the role:

  • Partner with the Marketing function to develop, implement, maintain, and review the AL/MC marketing plan across the enterprise which will focus on the prescribed occupancy levels for payor mix categories, taking into consideration the current socio/economic conditions.
  • Evaluate efforts with the independent living sales teams across the enterprise to leverage strength of the continuum and achieve performance goals.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with prospective AL/MC residents and referral contacts within targeted market areas to increase awareness of amenities, services, and care pathways.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a formal AL/MC move-in process to optimize on payor source mix.
  • Oversee and/or maintain documentation for referral marketing systems such as All-Scripts (and similar referral sources), inquiry logs, move-in summary report, etc.
  • Ensure the AL/MC departments operate within budget guidelines and reviews and approves invoices related to AL/MC marketing expenses.
  • Assess and evaluate any concerns addressed in the quality assurance meeting or other community meeting pertaining to the AL/MC move-ins department.
  • Order marketing collateral materials and promotional items for AL/MC locations.
  • Travel frequently to various communities within the designated area to support sales efforts.

And heres what you need to apply:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Eight to ten years experience.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Experience leading a team preferred.
