Our client, a leader in the real estate and facilities management sector, is seeking a Lease Manager to join their team. As a Lease Manager, you will be part of the Global Real Estate Lease Administration team supporting various internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lease Manager

Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid schedule: Onsite Monday & Friday, Remote Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

What's the Job?

  • Monitor and prepare strategic decision-making reports for lease portfolios.
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy by interpreting, abstracting, and entering lease documents into the system.
  • Manage and resolve payment disputes while maintaining strong relationships with partners.
  • Conduct desktop audits of operating expense payments and collaborate with audit teams.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with landlords, property management, and internal teams.

What's Needed?

  • 3-5 years of experience in Lease Management with database/records management.
  • BA or BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent/Paralegal Certificate.
  • Ability to review, interpret, and abstract legal real estate documents.
  • Proven financial, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
