Responsibilities:*Assists in the preparation of hot food items for all areas as indicated by menu cycles. *Responsible for preliminary preparation of food items for next day as indicated by menu cycle. *Assists with routine cleaning and sanitation of areas. *Assists with serving food items as indicated by established workflow
