Job Summary
Job Description
The eCommerce Team Leader ensures efficient warehouse operations, timely order fulfillment, and seamless logistics.
Responsibilities:
• Oversees the picking, packing, and shipping of eCommerce orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Ensures that all products are stored correctly and in compliance with safety regulations
• Manages inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimizes discrepancies
• Implements and improves order processing workflows to increase efficiency
• Organizes workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Directs requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resources within the organization
• Monitors and reduces order errors and returns through quality control measures
• Prioritizes workload and eCommerce order queue, allocating resources to ensure completion
• Coordinates with internal logistics teams and shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments and deliveries
• Resolves delivery issues related to carrier account discrepancies
• Maintains optimal shipping costs by ensuring proper carrier, shipping methods, and packing efficiencies are followed
• Ensures compliance with shipping regulations and customs requirements
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and workload completeness
• Ensures compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies
• Manages damaged goods processes accurately
• Leads by example and assists in adjacent eCommerce roles to meet business needs
• Provides continuous training of all employees on eCommerce and Warehouse processes, safety, and company policies.• Utilizes warehouse management system (WMS) and e-commerce platforms to track orders and inventory
• Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborates with IT and operations teams to automate and streamline workflows
• Generates reports on warehouse efficiency and fulfillment to populate eCommerce Daily Dashboard
• Adopts and helps implement new eCommerce technologies to support channel growth
Minimum Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Strong aptitude for mastering eCommerce and warehouse software required
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications preferred
• Previous experience in eCommerce distribution preferred
Schedule
- Second Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., with occasional
overtime and weekend requirements based on business needs
