As a Marketing Manager, youll lead strategic promotional campaigns, optimize digital marketing efforts, and analyze performance metrics to ensure impactful results. Youll manage website traffic, SEO/SEM strategies, and video content while ensuring OEM compliance and budget alignment.
Beyond marketing execution, you'll mentor and develop a high-performing team, oversee vendor partnerships, and drive data-backed decision-making. This role is perfect for a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for marketing analytics, digital growth, and leadership.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing OR related field and 3+ years of experience.
- High-level communication skills in the form of interpreting complex data and presenting to large groups.
- Data-driven decision-making skills that result in high-impact performance and tangible ROI.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social media strategy.
- Extensive knowledge of tools including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Office, Task Management Software, etc.
- High-level organizational skills reenforcing the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables all at once and meet varying deadlines.
- A great attitude, team player, and collaborator while also self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn with a flexible, proactive problem-solving nature.
- Ability to both give and take effective, actionable creative feedback and direction.
- Ability to make swift decisions, work through demanding situations and quickly resolve problems to ensure initiatives are completed within the designated time frame, scope and budget.
