Executive Chef

Thousand Islands Club is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Wellesley Island, NY 13640. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, food cost management, kitchen management, food quality, banquet catering, menu development, food preparation, labor cost management, food handling, food service management, culinary arts, catering, sanitation, food safety, food and beverage management, ServSafe Certified, cooking, Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point, nutrition, and cost management.
