About the Role

The Vice President HCS Enrollment Operations will oversee all aspects of healthcare services enrollment operations related to the enrollment center operations. This role will lead organizational leaders to achieve key performance metrics and drives the implementation of projects that influence them. This role develops strategy for identifying areas of opportunity and solutions for improvement.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This person has direct supervisory responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establishes Healthcare Select enrollment operations for the Customer Success Agent (CSA) process and operational design directly related to oversight of the CSA team
  • Develops operation standard to meet key performance metrics and maximize efficiency for the CSA team
  • Manges HCS enrollment by the CSAs key performances indicators through collaboration with Healthcare leaders
  • Partners with organizational leaders on enrollment compensation design enrollment contest and incentive planning
  • Implements HCS enrollment reporting & analytic strategy
  • Develops HCS enrollment compliance policy management and quality assurance processes
  • Identifies proper setup access and systems access procedures for all positions performing enrollment functions
  • Works continuously with QA to improve performance of the CSA team both on quality and quantity

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills leadership capabilities and analytical skills
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to solve routine or complicated problems effectively and drive projects to successful completion
  • Aptitude to develop partnerships with teams within the department and across the company
  • Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports
  • Proficient at planning organizing and presenting training activities to diverse associate groups
  • Comfortable with authoring many types of documents including agendas action/project plans and presentations

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • 15+ years of relative work experience required
  • 10+ years f progressive management experience required
  • Direct Call Center Experience

Financial Responsibilities (budget revenue):

  • This position has budget responsibility authority and/or level of control

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could potentially travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
