Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
• Working knowledge of APQP, Lean, ISO/IATF, Six Sigma, project management and drafting are strong assets.
• New Product Development Experience .
• Manage designs and drive continuous improvement throughout the product life cycle.
• Manage APQP process, assuring product launches are delivered on time, meet quality goals, and are documented completely and accurately.
• Engage new and existing customers to grow existing products.
• Develop new and innovative product designs, bringing customer-focused, cost-effective products and processes to market.
• Support customers’ new product development by initiating cost estimates.
• Performing full lifecycle product development.
• Manages new product development projects.
• Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
• Produce outline designs.
• Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety.
• Strong understanding of industry standards.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
