We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Regional Manager Sales to lead and expand our business operations within a designated region. This role will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region to expand the customer base.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and C-level executives.
o Develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet clients needs and align with the companys offerings.
o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
o Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, outlining the companys value proposition.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the region.
o Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure profitable long-term partnerships.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
o Monitor sales metrics and performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress toward goals.
o Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
o Prepare and present reports detailing sales forecasts, opportunities, challenges, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience:
o Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in related industry.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
o Experience in managing a sales team and executing regional sales strategies.
o Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Skills:
o Strong negotiation and closing skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building relationships.
o Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
o High level of organizational and time management skills.
