Building Engineer

HVAC general maintenance experience and troubleshooting experience

Perform general maintenance task such as painting, plumbing repairs, ceiling fan installation, etc.

Organizational skills, excellent customer service mindset, project management and tracking skills

Electrical troubleshooting skills

Oversight of 3rd party vendors (i.e. landscapers, janitors, electricians, etc.)

Capacity to maintain a high degree of focus

Experience with preventative maintenance programs

Ability to work safely from a variety of heights,  stand for the duration of the Shift, bend, stoop, crouch, and lift 50 pounds

Assist with emergency breakdown repairs

Install and relocate equipment

Operate hand and power tools to complete general carpentry tasks

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on facility safety systems (sprinkler, generator, etc.)

Perform customary predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance tasks in support of the company's preventive maintenance program

Support company inspection and testing programs, including fire and security systems, backup generators, etc.

Communication both in writing, text and over the phone are essential

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Must be able to pass background and credit check
