Finance Manager

The ideal candidate for DUI Couinterattack, Hillsborough, Inc. is a independent self-starter of impecable moral character with  a passion for finance.  This person must have at least 5 years of experience in financial management of a 501-3C with prefernce given to a person that has worked in the finance department of a DUI Program.  DUI Program are atypical non-profits as we are strictly fee-for-service organizations, operating under strict regulations.  The ideal candidate will be a person that is willing to abide strictly by FAC 15A-10 and all other applicable state and federal regulations.

This individual must be transparent and open to audits and inquires by the Executive Director and Board of Directors, as well as Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, our regulatory partner.

This peson must be proficient in Quickbooks and Paychex.  Our financial records until recently were kept in a finance program called Passport.  A person with a working knowledge of that system and Compliance Manager 2000 would be very desirable.

A bachelor's degree in accounting is required, an individual with a degree in non-profit business management would also be given preference.
