We are seeking a motivated, personable periodontist for a full or part-time associate position in Sterling, VA. Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree with active license, in good standing, in the state of Virginia.
• Completion of a residency program in periodontics.
• At least 2 years’ clinical experience in periodontology.
• Board certification in periodontics preferred.
• Willingness to cultivate and maintain referral relationships.
• Willingness to be in-network as needed.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of periodontics and implantology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations and diagnoses.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for periodontal disease patients.
• Develop and execute individualized implant treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize medical imaging technologies for effective diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in periodontics and implant technology.
• Maintain daily information exchange with our referral base.
