COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Occupational Therapy (OT)

• Up to $100k base with 2% annual increases (Base Commensurate with experience)
• $5k Sign on Bonus each year
• Up to $10k Relocation
• Loan Repayment through NHSC and IHS
• 5 weeks of PTO + 15 paid Holidays

• Start-up program- 3-5 patients per day
• All ages

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Start with any State license
• Experience preferred but open to new grads
• MOT or OTD
• Establish and shape new program
• Seeking candidates with team-mentality and patient/community-focused approach.
