What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily operations of the Rhyolite plant to ensure efficiency and safety.

  • Manage and lead a team of plant employees, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company targets, with a production volume of 1.7 million tons per year.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

  • Optimize plant processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.

  • Five years of aggregates operations management experience.

  • Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations.

  • Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams.

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification.

Physical Demands of the Job

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

  • Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.

  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
