Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Siler & Ingber, LLP is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney. The ideal candidate should desire the chance to use their strong work ethic and legal competency to aggressively fight for the needs of their clients. Candidates should be an active New York Bar licensed attorney in good standing. Benefits include health, vision, and 401K with profit sharing.

Responsibilities:
-Handle all stages of litigation from case initiation to resolution, including trials.
-Conduct meetings with clients to discuss case details, updates, and strategy.
-Take and defend depositions, as well as prepare witnesses for depositions and trial.
-Argue discovery and dispositive motions in court, effectively advocating on behalf of clients.
-Provide regular updates to clients regarding case progress and developments.

Qualifications:
-Must be licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.
-3+ years of litigation/trial experience is required.
-Have strong verbal/written communication skills, strong customer service skills, strong organizational skills.
-Able to multi-task.
