Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee our healthcare facility's clinical operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care
- Oversee medical management processes
- Manage accreditation processes such as JCAHO
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize healthcare delivery
- Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes
- Conduct regular performance reviews of clinical staff

Experience
- Master's degree in Healthcare Management or related field required
- Proven experience in a healthcare management role
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience managing clinical operations is preferred
