Join Our Team as a Fiscal Technician
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? This position will handle accounts payable responsibilities for East Stroudsburg University but is physically located onsite at Millersville University. This role involves a variety of accounts payable functions and close collaboration with other fiscal technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process direct payment requests, ensuring compliance with policies.
  
• Handle payments for Service Purchase Contracts and process invoices via SAP or Sourcepoint.
  
• Verify accounting codes, check invoices against purchase orders, and ensure timely payments.
  
• Maintain accurate vendor information and review invoices for unauthorized charges.
  
• Resolve payment issues and provide primary processing for Teacher Co-op payments and university p-cards.
  
• Manage travel arrangements, including system administration and approvals.
  
• Monitor accounts payable email and maintain shared digital folders.
  
• Track financial data and assist in preparing financial reports and audit schedules.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle miscellaneous office duties.

Qualifications:

• 1 year as a Fiscal Assistant or 3 years in financial record maintenance.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Sourcepoint.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
