Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Position: Full-Time

Dunwoody Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator to join our team immediately! If you are passionate about patient care, organization, and treatment planning, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments efficiently to maximize provider time and ensure smooth office flow.
• Present and explain treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand procedures, costs, and financing options.
• Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Coordinate financial arrangements and process payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software (a must!).
• Provide a seamless and welcoming patient experience from check-in to check-out.
• Follow up with patients on pending treatment and ensure schedule optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental front office role.
Proficiency in Dentrix software (a must!).
Strong knowledge of insurance verification and financial coordination.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dental environment.
