Loborer/Equipment Operator

We are hiring multiple full-time Equipment Operators & Construction Laborers for on-site positions. With years of experience, we take pride in our commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism on every project. Laborer Responsibilities:

• Perform construction tasks as assigned
• Follow the Foreman’s instructions accurately
• Learn quickly and work efficiently
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to safety protocols
• Assist with material handling, site cleanup, and general labor duties

Equipment Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators, loaders, dozers and all other related equipment
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety procedures
• RI & MA Operator Certifications preferred - company will assist the right candidate to obtain if needed
• Assist with job site preparation, grading, and additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Travel is required
• Strong work ethic with a proven work history
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
