Looking for a creative candidate that loves food, has great work ethic, can get along well with a staff of 5-35 and can work under pressure to meet catering deadlines.  The candidate must be able to create all menu items from scratch, using fresh locally sourced ingredients while understanding the importance of food safety, cost & quality of every item served to our guests.
