Litigation Attorney

Burg Simpson fights for people's legal rights and holds negligent corporations and individuals accountable for their actions.

We are looking to add a Litigation Associate with excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills that are interested in working on exciting and cutting-edge cases. Candidates with 3-5 years of progressive civil litigation experience who are truly committed to sharing Burg Simpson's core values are encouraged to apply.

Our associates work closely with senior attorneys on all aspects of litigation including conducting legal research to address complex discovery and legal issues; drafting of pleadings and brief writing; and deposition and trial attendance and participation.

A license to practice law in the state of Arizona is required. Qualified candidates must submit a resume detailing applicable skills, abilities, and experience. To be considered, candidates must submit one to two writing samples that are reflective of their daily work.
