Paving Preparation Laborer/Operator

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of asphalt paving, including surface preparation, layout, and finishing.
• Operate heavy equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
• Ensure work is completed to high-quality standards and within safety guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on paving equipment.
• Follow directions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts to meet project goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in asphalt paving or construction preferred but not required for laborer positions.
• Ability to operate various paving machinery (for relevant positions).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (for applicable positions).
• Safety-conscious attitude and commitment to following safety protocols.
