Our client, a highly reputable, top 25 AmLaw rated law firm with a national presence, seeks a Mid-Level Associate for their Finance group within their New York City office.

Qualified candidates must have 4-6 years of law firm experience in a finance-based practice, with a focus on private equity sponsors or non-private equity backed companies in financial transactions such as leveraged/acquisition finance, cash flow transactions, or asset-based lending deals. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $225,000 - $435,000 (based on experience and skill set) and includes a comprehensive medical/dental/vision plan, discretionary bonus, generous paid time off, 401k with contribution, and additional ancillary benefits.
