Senior Superintendent

Structor Group, Inc. is a commercial general contractor providing construction and renovation services to the healthcare, higher education, commercial office, and specialty markets. We are an established contractor in Atlanta, GA with a 20-yr record of providing quality projects to our clients, including every major healthcare facility in the metro Atlanta area. Structor Group, Inc. is now opening an office in Jacksonville, FL and is seeking a hardworking, reliable, experienced, and dedicated superintendent to join our team. This new team member must have AHCA experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide direction and oversight for subcontractor daily activities.
• Drive project schedule and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure overall quality control of the project.
• Ensure all safety regulations, PPE and OSHA protocols are followed.
• Create a 3-week look ahead and distribute to subcontractors and Project Manager
• Planning and implementing of site logistics
• Create daily logs and upload pictures to Procore.
• Responsible for all building inspections and adhering to all AHCA policies and procedures.
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks with onsite personnel.
• Posting all appropriate permits and signage as required by law.
• Maintain job site cleanliness throughout construction process.
• Keep all SG tools and trucks in good, clean working condition.
• Send weekly timesheets to office by the deadline every week.
• Ensure that ALL punch list items are completed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• AHCA experience is a MUST.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Display strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Maintain high ethical standards.
• Proficient in Procore preferred
