Are you a culinary professional with a passion for Italian cuisine? We are currently seeking a Head Cook to join our team at a popular Italian restaurant in Richmond Hill, GA. If you have experience in saute, menu planning, assisting in pairing food with wines, and more, we want to hear from you!  We have an in-house pasta maker who makes our pasta daily and a pastry chef who makes the desserts for the restaurant.  We also have an in-house butcher who cuts our steaks and proteins daily.

As the Head Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, including plate presentation, broiling, food cost management, sautéing, cutting proteins, and scratch cooking. You will also be in charge of portion control, salads, seafood dishes, a la carte options, and sauce making. A degree in Culinary Arts is preferred for this role.

In addition to maintaining food quality, you will be expected to excel in batch cooking and ensure that all dishes are prepared to perfection. If you have a strong background in Italian cuisine and are looking to showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment, this position is perfect for you.

Closed on Sundays
