Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project plans to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing information.
• Prepare detailed take-offs and material/labor cost breakdowns.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risks.
• Assist in bid preparation and submission.
• Track project budgets and adjust estimates as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor costs, and material pricing.
• Responsible for estimating project costs ranging from $25k to $20 Mil

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience as a Construction Estimator.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
