Patient Care Coordinator

Established, multi-Doctor practice is actively seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with work experience in dental administration, treatment coordination and in closing large cases.

Responsibilities:

Treatment Coordination: Work closely with patients to discuss treatment plans, address concerns, present third party financing and coordinate appointments. Ability to close large cases and navigate through high-volume PPO/Fee for Service scenarios.

Insurance Expertise: Familiarity with insurance eligibility, co-pays, deductibles, and accurate record-keeping of payments.

Team Collaboration: Collaborating with dental professionals and administrative staff to optimize patient care and office efficiency.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of patient information, treatment plans, and financial transactions.

Skills/Qualities:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a dental office setting with a focus on front desk management and treatment coordination.

Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, and maintain a customer oriented attitude on phone and in person.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, particularly in financial transactions and record-keeping.

Hours: Mon 9:00-7:30, Tue 7:15-3:00, Wed 10:00-7:00 and Friday 7:45-2:00.

NOTE: Top pay will be offered to candidates based on experience and qualifications.
