Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - OT Outpatient

Shift : Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

• NM License
• 1 year experience
• BLS
• MOAB

Other Details:

• No locals within 75 miles
• First-timers accepted
• Will float within scope to meet facility needs
• # of .Patients: 8-12 assigned

MOAB Certification is required, if the traveler does not already have the MOAB certification, they will recieve the 4 hour de-escalation course during their first week. If they do not pass, their contract may be up for cancellation.

Home Health travelers (RN, OT & PT) will be required to do a second set of fingerprints upon arrival for CYFD, this is in case there are children in homes

Productivity points & standards for PT: 27 points for a 40 hour week with each visit weighted differently.
Mileage is reimbursed at .655 per mile. mileage radius/territory: 35 miles
OT Rules: 48 hour contracts - OT starts after 48 36 or 40 hour contracts - OT starts after 40
