As a Guthrie Lourdes Outpatient Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a significant role in serving as a vital bridge in the Guthrie health care system by blending nursing experience and psychiatric expertise in providing comprehensive mental health care for Guthrie patients.

Candidate Requirements

• Unwavering commitment to our mission of improving health through clinical excellence and compassion; every patient, every time
• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, preferably with a PMHNP degree.
• Excellent communication, compassion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license
• Experienced or newly graduated candidates are equally welcome to apply

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary working a 0.6 FTE starting at $69,000 - $75,600 (depending on experience)

Work-Life Balance

• Traditional Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• No weekend rounding
