Sautee Cook

We are currently seeking a skilled Sautee Cook to join our team at Dante & Luigi's. If you have a passion for culinary arts and a strong background  in Sauteeing, knife skills, and plate presentation, we want to hear from you!

As a Sautee Cook, you will be responsible for broiling,  portion control, seafood preparation, a la carte service,  ensuring food quality and overall back of house operations.

Company Information: Situated in the heart of the Italian Market district, it was once the destination of Italian immigrants arriving in Philadelphia. Unable to speak English, they arrived on the docks with the name of the restaurant written on a scrap of paper and pinned to their lapels. They were given lodging in the upstairs rooms and work in the restaurant. Established in 1899, Dante & Luigis, corona di ferro is one of the oldest existing Italian restaurants in the United States.
