Psychiatrist

White Sands Treatment Center in Plant City, FL is seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team. If you are passionate about mental health and substance abuse treatment, we want to hear from you!

As a Psychiatrist at White Sands Treatment Center, you will be responsible for providing high quality care to our patients. Your duties will include psychotherapy, medication management, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and more. We are looking for a compassionate individual who is experienced in working with individuals struggling with addictions and behavioral health issues.

This is an in-person position located in Plant City, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in telehealth, trauma-informed care, and quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with our team of certified doctors, nurses, and addiction counselors to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Salary:
Salary range: $300,000.00 - $330,000.00

Job Expectations:

• Experience in diagnosing and treating acute care patients
• Ability to develop and implement discharge planning strategies
• Knowledge of crisis management techniques
• Strong understanding of wellness and therapeutic interventions
