Residential Superintendent / PM

Monumental Builders is on the lookout for a Residential Superintendent / Project Manager to join our awesome team in Chevy Chase, MD. We're all about creating amazing living spaces by working closely with our architects, designers, and clients. Our main goal is to set up the perfect environment for success, and we take a lot of pride in making dream homes and apartment buildings a reality. Our portfolio includes fancy projects like Custom Homes and Estates, Multi-Family properties for rent and sale, all tailored to clients who expect top-notch construction and design services.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Running residential construction projects from start to finish
2. Working with skilled labor and subcontractors
3. Team up with Construction Manager to ensure all trades have the right materials on site
4. Reading blueprints and specs with precision
5. Making sure quality is top-notch and projects stay on schedule
6. Inspecting and solving issues quickly
7. Keeping track of projects with photos and daily reports
8. Handling project budgets and finances
9. Making sure safety rules are followed on site
10. Leading regular project meetings with stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

1. Know-how to lay out from Foundation to completion
2. Ability to oversee MEP and other subcontractors technically and timely
3. Great communication skills with workers, subcontractors, and clients
4. Quick problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
5. Experience in managing multiple projects at once

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00
