HVAC LEAD INSTALLER

Experience Requirements:

1. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Lead Installer
2. Proficient with installation for both gas and oil heating systems:  hot air, hot water boilers, steam boilers, ductless air conditions, and heat pumps.
3. Experienced in replacing existing HVAC equipment (we do not install new construction)
4. Skilled in Scope Development and Submittals
5. Proficient with making sheet metal fabrication (ductwork)
6. Expert using ProPress and brazing
7. Familiar with Conduit installation
8. Experienced with Pipefitting
9. Able to interpret Blueprints

Essential Requirements:

• Motivated self-starter
• Takes pride in their work
• Organized person who manages their time efficiently
• Assign responsibilities to team member(s) while working collaboratively
• Reliable, professional with good work ethics
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Willing to take random drug testing
