RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Join a collaborative team at a Federally Qualified Health Center
• Work alongside 2 LCSWs, 1 LCPC, and 1 Psych APRN
• Manage a schedule of 9 PPD with 45-minute appointments in a 35-hour work week
• Utilize eClinicalWorks as the EMR system

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Active LCSW license required
• Experience working with children and adolescents
