Property Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners and tenants
2. Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations
3.  Enforce lease agreements
4. Conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
5. Assist with  housing programs and leasing activities

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management and real estate
• Knowledge of Apfolio software and financial reporting
• Strong negotiation and  problem solving skills
• Ability to conduct property inspections and move outs and turns.
