In our industry, as a General Manager, you must be able to quickly adjust staff to fit the flow of Guests.  Positive interaction and communication with your staff are key to coaching, training, onboarding, evaluation, and retention, of your team members.  You will be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant and managing inventory.  Our General Managers have complete responsibility for a million-dollar operation, from supervising the staff to ensuring happy guests. You would work closely with your District Manager on strategic planning, staffing and marketing for your location. We believe in challenges and rewards. Must have:

• Supervisory Experience 

• Restaurant Experience 

• Valid Driver’s License

• ServSafe Certificate

• Ability to work - Day Shift, Night Shift, Weekend Shift and Holidays
