Metal Fabricator / Welder

Perfection Fence, headquartered in Marshfield, MA, manufacturers a full range of fencing, railings, pergolas and architectural metal work, designed and engineered for our residential, professional and commercial clients throughout New England.

Perfection Fence is seeking a qualified, motivated metal fabricator / welder for our Architectural Metal Division. We offer an excellent compensation package and benefits, including medical, vision, prescription, dental and life insurances, holidays and vacations.

POSITION / QUALIFICATIONS

•Welding Experience; MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc (Stainless Steel and Aluminum Experience Required)

•Equipment Experience; vertical mill, pyramid bender, bandsaws, press brake, iron worker

•In depth training and mentoring program company provided

•Hand and power tool experience required

•Experience with aluminum and stainless

•Read and understand fabrication drawings including quantities, dimensions, material and parts

•CAD experience a plus

•Safety conscious and constant use of protective equipment

•Ability to inspect personal work for accuracy and follow quality control procedures

•Ability to work with weights of 76 to 100 lbs. or more

•Regular attendance required

•Ability to work as directed and well with others as a team

•40 hours plus work weeks
