Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design creative and seasonal menus that reflect our brand and target market.
- Manage food costing, pricing, and budgeting to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with local suppliers to source the freshest ingredients and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate food trends to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food costing, menu preparation, and budgeting.
- Exceptional culinary skills with a creative flair.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
