Local Sales Manager

We are seeking a Local Sales Manager who aligns with these core values to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in broadcast, digital, and event marketing. The ideal candidate must be a strong team player who brings high energy, is organized, and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

This individual will oversee the day-to-day sales operations of our Account Executives, including new business & digital. Assist the General Sales Manager in setting rates and managing inventory. Must be customer-oriented with a strong focus on building and maintaining key client and prospect relationships. Keep a high-profile presence in the San Antonio advertising community and maintain constant awareness of the competitive environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of television sales management experience and College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Ability to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Demonstrated success in cross-platform, solution-based selling.

Strong Digital knowledge on O&O, OTT/CTV/VOD, and 3rd Party selling.

Proven ability to lead and motivate staff towards fullest potential, maximizing revenue performance.

Knowledge of Television Research Tools, Wide Orbit, and Salesforce is preferred.

Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.

Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills

Strong analytical skills to gauge team performance

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
